Hello and welcome to the new look Virgin Atlantic blog.


We know how much you love hearing about everything we're getting up to at the airline, so whether we're launching new routes, opening a new Clubhouse or tempting your taste buds with delicious new cupcakes, you can read about it here first.


We'll be bringing you up-to-the-minute news on our latest campaigns and brand partnerships and taking some revealing peeks behind-the-scenes too. And if you love exploring the world as much as we do, you're in luck. Here's where you'll find hundreds of ideas and recommendations for all of our destinations, including plenty of tips and stories from our staff and crew. Shame on Virgin Atlantic for the US Customs Cards complete lack of Customer service that happened at the end of our flight VS045 on Thursday! SHAME on YOU, for not caring when the flight was over!


Over 300 passengers got in the US customs line without Customs Forms! Were sent to find Virgin Atlantic Attendents or Personell, but none of them had any! 

That's a very long line to wait in to be turned away, especially after such a long flight from LHR! 

Virgin's Flight Attendants simply said... "They did not have any!"
